"I'm not sure where to begin. We've been coming to the Rain Tree in New Castle for the Indy 500 weekend for close to 20 years, and the staff and the facility have never let us down. Especially this year, with the economy in a slump and everyone cutting back, the whole staff made the weekend everything that we've come to expect and more. I can't say enough about how far over and above everyone went to make sure that we were not just comfortable, but truly cared for.
